Please download and install MEGAsync from the website again, the default download is 64 bit now, and uses a later version of Qt which will probably help, as it's mainly Qt on those call stacks. Unhandled exception 0xC0000005 at 0x181216(KERNELBASE.dll) Please paste here your ticket ID so we can contact our support team to request your logs and investigate the problem as soon as possible. That way, we could see in the log file if the crash always happens doing the same operation (loging in, getting the file list, etc.), or it happens randomly. It would be even better if you could reproduce the problem several times, always starting MEGAsync with Ctrl+Shift pressed.
After the crash, please send the resulting file to commenting that it's a log related to this issue on GitHub. A notification should show that a MEGAsync.log file is being created in your desktop. If you can reproduce it, please generate a debug log starting MEGAsync with Ctrl+Shift pressed.
We are investigating the problem but unfortunately we are still unable to reproduce it. We have started receiving those crash reports about 24 hours ago even for versions of MEGAsync released months ago, so we suspect that it could be caused by a Windows update.
